Spring Break 2019 | Adventures
This Spring Break was the last Spring Break I will spend as a student! However, because I am in my final internship, I followed the county's schedule and not my college's schedule. This meant that my spring break fell one week after all my friends' spring break. Since my friends would all be busy with classes, I decided I would pick up my niece and have her stay with us for the first half of my break. It was so much fun to have her for almost a whole week! We went to the park several times and made play-doh.
The best day we had together was Tuesday, when my fiancé and I took her to Universal Studios to celebrate his birthday! We have annual passes and children three and under get in for free, so we spent the day introducing her to her first theme park. She couldn't get enough of the rides!
After sending my niece back home, I drove on to North Florida to spend time with an old friend from school. Alex and I spent four days together exploring Tallahassee and the surrounding areas. We spent each evening at the beach, watching the most incredible sunsets. We kayaked with manatees and explored several state parks and a botanical garden. It was this photographer's heaven!
I am so thankful I got to enjoy such a fun and relaxing weekend before the race to graduation!
